TechRadar 1.0 Gadget

We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new RSS reader gadget for TechRadar.com! The gadget tracks stories in their main RSS feed, provides summaries, site and product search, and a nifty browser window to boot.

when i try to expand the story it flashes and crashes

buildagadget’s own download link is broke 3/25/09.
I got the ‘X file error’ webpage.
Still works to get it via other links

Ok, well… I tried a couple other gadget download links from buildagadget… seems yer server’s down or something? Can’t imagine they are all glitched links. right?

Hmmm, some buildagadget download links (http://www.buildagadget.com/Gadgets/xxxx.gadget) work and some don’t (http://www.buildagadget.com/Download.php?File=xxxx). Old links, new website design, eh? (and no comment (re)edit feature )

RD, we haven’t changed the download links on the posts posted before the new site went up. We’ll see what we can do about it. In the meantime, the links under the download and products sections should work. The links you posted up above are direct links vs. the old download page. The new link for this gadget is http://www.buildagadget.com/Download.php?Code=TechRadar_RSS
