Michele, Double-check your account on XMRadio.com and see if there is a radio ID associated with your account. Some of the recent upgrades have caused the online side of some people's accounts to get reset.

It keeps telling me that my information is invalid, when I know for a fact that it's not.

I have re-checked it many times. Any ideas?

This morning my xm wouldn't play, so I downloaded the new version gadget. It shows everything and both my sounds are turned up but when I hit play nothing happens other than I can see what's on the radio. Can you help?

A couple of days ago my XM gadget just up and quit playing sound (seems like an issue for a few others also). Upgrade to 1.5 no help. I ended up completely removing it and reinstall. Also killed the settings XML. Reinstalled 1.5 and it p[lays now. I noticed firewall confirmed to let sidebar act like a server. Could be somehow related to something getting messed up there. Anyway, up and running again.

This is the best gadget ever, but I didn't know it because I didn't even know about the pop out window until a few days after using it. You guys should really make all of the words in the main window linked to the pop out and maybe add something indicating it too. I'll bet that a lot of your users have no clue about the full features! Other than that, great job and thank you.

Thanks, I didn't think about that, but it's likely the issue.

Dennis, it sounds like you need to have flash installed for the x64 side of your system. For some reason, Windows x64 editions have both 32 and 64 bit apps. Not quite sure which version of IE is powering the sidebar on the 64 bit edition, so make sure you have flash installed and working for the both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Internet Explorer.

Hello, I love the XM gadget.

May I ask if the flyout to show Artist, Music & so on at different sites has any special tweaks or requirements to run properly? You Tube videos it shows from the search, & shows the link to the You Tube videos (which open & play fine in IE), but if clicking "watch" video, there is a pause as if about to start the stream, then it fails with an x showing where the video would be if it worked properly. (This is a Vista U-64 machine.)

Thanks anyway, if not. I'm happy with the gadget even without the flyouts & so on, just if they're there, it would be nice if they worked properly.
