This gadget is fixed now. A couple months ago Windows Vista Magazine changed over to Official Windows Magazine. We didn’t catch the change in time and unfortunately the gadget has suffered for it.
Good news everyone! The gadget has been fixed up, not just a simple change to the links, but a full overhaul of the backend to fix a few of the odd problems that we’ve fixed since we built as well as new logos and a new utility file. Overall, this gadget should be a bit faster and better suited to the sidebar.

Since this gadget came out there have been a group of users who have had trouble getting the login code to work on the gadget. After going through everything we could, we released the 1.0.3 version of the gadget to get additional information and here is what we found:
Almost every login code error we received was a 100 – Missing Parameter error. This means that the code isn’t being sent into Facebook either properly or at all. With that in mind, we have a new version of the gadget designed to circumvent the current system to hopefully provide the code straight from the user input to the gadget to Facebook without involving the sidebar API too much.
In laymen terms, we think we fixed it.
Also in this update the Facebook logo on top of the gadget is now clickable and links directly to facebook.com.
