5. Look through relevant blog posts: Your problem may have already been solved.

6. Persistent settings fix: (Windows Vista Sidebar Only) For this, you have to locate the gadget data directory (Usually: C: -> users -> [Your Username] -> AppData -> BuildAGadget Content -> [Gadget Name]) then delete the .xml data file for the gadget you're using.

If the gadget looks like it froze up or isn't working correctly at all, simply click the little X on the upper right hand corner and re-add the gadget to the sidebar. In more extreme cases, you may have to reboot your computer.

Sometimes WeatherBug isn't as accurate as it should be and sometimes the sidebar locks down internet traffic. We're looking into replacing the weather service in the future, for right now, just re-add the gadget to the sidebar or reboot your computer.

Click the band at the top of the gadget labeled "Change Search." This is a design quirk of the gadget that we'll try to address in the future.

Non-US PriceRunner sites do not have an API as of yet. We'll keep an eye out for it though and as soon as we see it, it'll be included.

So do we. It's a matter of displaying more country options for various engines in the gadget in a manner that will help the user instead of just being a glorified bookmark (Far too many gadgets are bookmarks, we want to up the ante).

Yes. In fact, our System Control gadget actually came out of our inclusion of system controls in the Ultimate Explorer. So yes, we definitely intend to add in more system options to the next version.

In the Torrents search group. We realize it's slightly disconcerting for the stand alone engine to suddenly be wrapped up in a group of links, but it was more fitting to put it with similar sites than to keep it off by itself. Look at the bright side, now there are even more sites to search from!

As a last resort reset of all the settings and data for the gadget, you can erase the persistent settings files (XML data files).

To do that, go to:

Computer -> OS (C:) -> Users -> [Your User Name] -> AppData -> Local -> Microsoft -> Windows Sidebar -> Gadgets.

Delete the following files: UE2Data.xml, and UE2Events.xml

Re-add the Ultimate Explorer gadget to the sidebar and it should be good as new.
